The project to rebuild a factory building from the early 80's, provides for the establishment of a new company flat with a net floor area of 110 square meters in front. This is the second floor, as increasing the street-side Building structure was erected. The existing gable roof is removed. The new housing is developed independently by the adaptation of the existing staircase. The result is a new independent operation of entrance on the north side of the building, accented by a formal bay window-like projection.
