On 28./29.01.2010 was our sampling. We had tried in advance, we went as well to prepare it.
We knew what was coming at us from the talks with Mr. Slowikowski of "building my house." However, there was also a mystery to us how we wanted to meet a level of decisions in just two days. Therefore prepared wir alles Mögliche, wie Elektroplan, Fenster-/Türenplan und Hausbauplan nach unseren Vorstellungen schon vor, damit uns vor Ort nichts Wichtiges entfällt. Wir machten uns schon mal kundig, welche Sortimente zur Zeit im Fachhandel an Dingen da waren, welche wir in diesen zwei Tagen bemustern sollten, und stellten Preisvergleiche an bei Sanitärobjekten, Fliesen, Küchen … .
Also ging es guten Mutes am 28.01 früh bei Zeiten los. Es Schneite, im Verkehrsfunk wurde überall in der Region Glatteis gemeldet, Autobahnen waren wegen Unfällen gesperrt. - Das ging ja gut los! – Wir fuhren bzw. rutschten dann auf der Landstraße im Schneckentempo und in höchster Tension to our goal: Freienwalde.
After two hours late, we were greeted very nicely. Since we all drive into contact with us there were people waiting, they knew what was happening on the streets. They even had problems on the way to work.
We have not lost much time and went straight to Mrs. and Mr. Gutsche Slowikowski to work. First we talked about all the paperwork and plans in the office. Then we sampled: doors, door handles, windows, stairs, heating system, roof tiles, tile, bathtub, sink, toilet, fixtures, sockets, switches, Fireplace ....
The highlight of the samples was the kitchen! Even with regard to additional costs. Speaking of money! Caution! Great temptations!

Am 29.01. It went on early. We shared with our decisions, we shortened the list from the previous day, we confirmed other and worked out the final plans for the house and its equipment. We left all the required supporting contact details and application forms, such as water supply, power supply, telecom and chimney sweep.
This Day we also got a tour of the factory where our house is built to individual requirements. We saw the whole system could see each step and understand. It's amazing what makes the technology now available, and incredibly, despite of seeing how fast.
around 15:00 clock we were all ready and we were adopted.
We felt really looked after during the strenuous days very good, very knowledgeable and customer-oriented advice and felt understood and accepted in our decisions to be. There was no reason on how to deal with us as Customers complain! On the contrary! Also the hotel was very pleasant, the accommodations raised, the society nice and the food very good! Actually, we are the days were well supplied!
