we learned from a conversation with Mr. Slowikowski in the model house in Dölzig know Mr. Windisch.
Mr. Windisch is a financial consultant and has been working together for many years with Mr. Slowikowski. This has a high opinion of Mr. Windisch, he appreciates him and his abilities very much.
The conversation began 9 clock and ran over three hours and not according to our initial expectations. We had promised Anika at the Christmas concert of her choir at the Gewandhaus to be there and the clock started 14! With Mr. Slowikowski but also some important things were discussed and the construction contract should be signed! Time was pressing as ever in recent weeks. In the last third of the conversation with Mr. Windisch but then we came to the U.S. critical information and it was to find a consensus and we were able to to take power from the initial interview.
On the way to the concert in the car we summed up what we had experienced. We had to for us to find out what is important to us with a financial adviser. Purely professional consultant gave us the impression of a very competent. The call management and call setup was not optimal. But the conversation was emotional on both sides. This is not always bad! Because if you are with the whole heart at work and it threatens to develop into something different than you had in mind the fact or misunderstandings arise because of communication problems, then probably everyone reacts emotionally, we mean.
Wir unterhielten uns also darüber und waren uns schnell einig, dass wir uns aus den eben kurz dargestellten Gründen und auch auf Grund der Empfehlung von Herrn Slowikowski, dem wir inzwischen schon viel Vertrauen entgegenbrachten, für Herrn Windisch als unseren Finanzberater entscheiden.
Wir teilten beiden Herren telefonisch unsere Entscheidung mit und damit begann die Arbeit an der Finanzierung!
Auf dem Postweg, per Internet und Telefon begannen die Vor- bzw. Zuarbeiten.
Wir bekamen ein Finanzierungsangebot mit genau den Inhalten, die uns vorschwebten: zinsgünstig, Rate in Höhe unserer bisherigen Miete, gleichbleibend über die gesamte Laufzeit, Tilgungssatz während der Laufzeit änderbar, Sondertilgungen jährlich möglich und Höchstlaufzeit 20 Jahre.
Unsere Kreditbank war gefunden – die DiBa!
Herr Windisch kam dann zweimal zu uns nach Hause, immer wenn es zu Vertragsunterzeichnungen kam und wichtige Vorgehensweisen dem Gespräch bedurften. Es wurde uns mehr und mehr klar, dass wir auch diesmal mit unserer Entscheidung genau richtig lagen. Herr Windisch wurde neben Herrn Slowikowski unser wichtigster Ansprechpartner, auch bei Dingen, die uns umtrieben, die nicht ausschließlich mit Finanzierung zu tun hatten. Er war able to reassure us, to encourage and motivate us to do the same as before and the anxieties to keep in check.
end of December stood two thirds of the financing, the last third was on his way. It was not until early February 2010, then came the confirmation.
Meanwhile, after the sampling we had but then again sleepless nights. We did not expect that we will be faced during the sampling again with an added cost, we are able to earn from their own resources in addition impossible. But it was inevitable!
Also in this issue, Mr. Windisch was a way the solution that we imagined - namely an ex post financing - to make it possible. Now we did have a higher total monthly financing and thus a somewhat higher rate, but the security financially optimum solution for all us to have.
mid-February everything was perfect! The first major bills wobbled one already!
