In October 2009 we received from our landlords the message that we will be terminated with effect from 01.11.2009 due to application of subsistence from our apartment.
That was a shock!
for exactly twelve years we lived in a beautiful spacious apartment with comfortable and felt good from day one at home and very comfortable. We are taught by and by our Ideas and desires accordingly. Since only one year we had the facilities, which we always wanted.
our home! Way? What to do? When we have to leave? Applies to us, nor the notice of the lease or even that of the new tenancy?
Us nachzuweinen was not much time, our home. We had to be active and look around for new homes. Two weeks of intensive housing search followed, and grew the disappointment of the offers.
Equivalent to rent apartments were too expensive. So much money for rent and the risk of losing the home again included. No, not yet einmal!
Im Raum Markkleeberg war noch nicht einmal eine entsprechende Wohnung zu finden.
Wir suchten auch in Leipzig und im Leipziger Umland. Doch immer mit den gleichen Ergebnissen.
Also schauten wir auch nach Häusern erst zur Miete und dann mit einem leichten Hang zum Größenwahn – so glaubten wir – mutmaßten wir, dass es vielleicht besser wäre, und auf die kommenden Jahre gesehen auch günstiger, ein Haus zu kaufen oder selbst zu bauen!
Huch, was war denn das für ein Gedanke!?
Aber, was kann es schon schaden, sich dahingehend mal kundig zu machen?

Das war unser Heimatort, da sind wir aufgewachsen, zur Schule gegangen, erwachsen geworden, da sind unsere Kinder geboren, aufgewachsen, zur Schule gegangen. Aber diesen Wunsch konnten wir uns leider nicht erfüllen. Auf Grund der zu hohen Grundstückspreise in und um Markkleeberg mussten wir uns dazu entschließen weg zu ziehen.
